Job description

The Hospitality, Mailroom, Print Associate position will consist of performing conference room services and hospitality related functions.  The Associate will also perform various mail related tasks, shipping & receiving and document printing services within a corporate working environment, in a team setting. Ideal candidates will be customer focused, willing to train, and are ready to grow in their workplace services career! Position offers cross training to enhance skill-sets and for advancement opportunities.

Hourly Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 USD hourly, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday  8:00am - 5:00pm. No nights or weekends!


The Hospitality, Mailroom, Print Associate will perform hospitality and conference room set ups and mail related tasks, shipping & receiving, document printing services.  Additional responsibilities include:

  • Setup Conference Rooms for meetings
  • Breakdown the room after meetings and reset the room
  • Check all conference rooms throughout the day to ensure they are always clean and ready
  • Ensure any supplies needed are properly stocked in conference rooms
  • Operating mail, copy and duplicating print equipment
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned from site supervisor/manager

Candidates for the Hospitality, Mailroom, Print Associate position will display a professional demeanor and possess the ability to multi-task.  Other qualifications include:

  • A valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Lifting up 50 lbs with aid
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
