Job Title: Sr UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, user interface design, and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
  • Maintain consistency in design through style guides, design systems, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Optimize existing UI/UX designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of design thinking methodologies.
  • Experience in designing enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React (a plus).
