Electrical Senior Principal Engineer 

Our Electrical Engineering team puts the spark into the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production. It takes experts in system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing & the debugging and validation of layouts or routes to deliver state-of-the-art products for a changing world. We work closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell Technologies and suppliers to make sure electronic designs meet a range of requirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality, and quality, as well as industry standards.

  • Demonstrated success leading hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and cross-functional technical problem-solving efforts

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experienced in developing high-performance enterprise computing platforms, leveraging advanced ECAD/simulation tools, deep datacenter architecture expertise, and leadership of global engineering teams and partners

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is  $164,000.00 - $225,500.00.

  • Lead end-to-end PCBA development from architecture and requirements definition through schematic design, layout guidance, bring-up, validation, and production release
