Job description

Job Summary:
NLogic is seeking a Principal Cyber Systems Engineer to support a mission-focused effort in the Huntsville area. This role will play a key part in supporting missile defense efforts, responsible for cyber systems integration, testing activities, and providing technical documentation for mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities:
• supporting cyber systems integration and testing activities
• developing and implementing automation and operating system solutions
• providing technical documentation and technical support for mission-critical systems
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must possess a current, in-scope Secret or higher security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 5 years of cyber systems experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM field and 3 years of cyber systems experience
• Must currently possess DoD 8140/8570 certification (e.g. Security+ CE)
• Experience working on large-scale missile defense programs
• Applicants must possess excellent written and communication skills
• Applicants must demonstrate ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions
• Capable of working both independently and within a team environment
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to support business needs
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies, object-oriented architecture, software integration and testing
• Must be able to work on-site in an office environment
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Current, in-scope Secret security clearance is required
Preferred:
• Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining operating system and automation solutions in a mission-critical environment
• Experience supporting laboratory integration, system connectivity, and verification testing activities
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues within operational and test environments
• Experience creating technical documentation, procedures, reports, and other engineering deliverables
