  • Driving maximum enrollment while maintaining effective cost control to ensure long-term success.

  • Maintain confidentiality and oversee inventory of school resources and supplies.

  • A deep commitment to fostering positive relationships with families, the community, and the Primrose team.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or have all credentials required for the position of a Center Director per WAC .
  • Minimum two Plus(2) years of full-time experience in managing large (>150 capacity) center-based programs in a Center Director role.
  • A passion for creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment that supports children's growth and development.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and support both students and staff.
  • Dedication to upholding the Primrose philosophy and ensuring a high standard of education and care.
