What we are looking for: Primrose School of Andover is looking for a dedicated educator to help young minds explore, discover and build confidence to understand the world around them. At Primrose, you'll provide purposeful play and nurturing guidance -- key components of our Balanced Learning philosophy.
Two Year Olds Teacher Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Massachusetts EEC Certified
  • Supervise and carry out daily class functions of a group of 2-year-olds
  • Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
  • Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
  • Communicate and collaborate professionally with parents and faculty members
  • Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance within the classroom
  • Attend all required staff meetings, workshops and school events
  • Prior experience leading a group of students
  • Full-time availability between the hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday for a rotating schedule
  • Must be able to lift minimum 30 lbs
