Field Service Technician(ElectroMechanical) โ€” Veterans Prime, Inc.

Veterans Prime recruits high-performing military veterans for full-time, direct-hire Field Service Technician roles with employer partners across the United States. These positions provide hands-on technical work supporting industrial, manufacturing, and mission-critical systems and prioritize candidates with military technical experience. Our recruiting services are free to applicants; employer partners cover all hiring fees. We are currently interviewing skilled, motivated individuals for full-time, direct-hire Field Service Technician positions nationwide. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical systems across commercial, industrial, and military platforms.

  • Read and apply schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to field repairs and installations.

  • Use diagnostic test instruments, including multimeters and related tools, to validate repairs and system performance.

  • Travel extensively for overnight field assignments and represent employer partners in customer-facing environments.

  • Maintain professional customer communication, document service actions, and follow company safety and compliance procedures.

 

Requirements

  • Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience gained through military, technical, or manufacturing roles involving aircraft, vessels, ground support equipment, vehicles, or industrial machinery.

  • Technical literacy to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals; proven use of test instruments.

  • Regional flexibility and willingness to relocate to match opportunities across regions (Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Midwest, Southwest, West, Northwest).

  • Comfort with frequent overnight travel throughout the U.S.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills for professional, on-site representation.
