Maintenance Scheduler (Atlas Point)

We are passionate and excited about how we can develop and utilize new technologies to shape and inspire changes within an ever-growing marketplace. As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to be the central coordinating role for weekly and daily maintenance scheduling across the entire Atlas Point facility, covering both the Batch Plant and ECO Plant.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the plant-wide maintenance schedule
• Publish the weekly schedule
• Build multi-week look-ahead schedules
• Calculate and balance available craft labor hours
• Coordinate daily break-in and urgent work
• Lead the daily scheduling meeting
• Serve as the central scheduling contact for Operations and Maintenance
• Identify and schedule windows of opportunity
• Support backlog reduction and work order quality
• Own shutdown scheduling and execution tracking

Qualifications

Experience:
o Experience in maintenance scheduling or planning in an industrial or chemical plant environment.
Technical Skills:
o Working knowledge of SAP PM or an equivalent CMMS.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to build and manage complex scheduling spreadsheets.
o Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or willingness to become proficient.
o Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under time pressure.
Other:
o Effective communicator with operations and maintenance leadership; comfortable facilitating daily meetings.
o Ability to work collaboratively across maintenance, operations, and engineering functions.
