Job description

  • The candidate will be crucial to growing the practice. We expect you to take cases now and mentor associates as we add them.
  • We do not expect you to handle marketing, tech, or payroll. We handle everything non-legal.
  • Experience gained in building out the firm in the first few months will be priceless and put you head and shoulders above the 10th or 100th litigator we hire. Comp is structured around a guaranteed draw plus contingency participation — uncapped.
Requirements
  • Plaintiff employment litigator with experience in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, wage & hour.
  • The ability to take a case from intake through trial or settlement without hand-holding.
  • 3+ years preferred; will consider 2 years for the right candidate.
  • Active bar in any US jurisdiction.
  • If you've built your own firm before - you will have unmatched support and resources this time.
