Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Flexible based on business needs)

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic in Richmond, VA to ensure our fleet remains the safest and most reliable on the road.


What You’ll Do:

  • Expert Maintenance: Perform high-level diesel engine repairs, diagnostics, and routine PMs on a modern motorcoach fleet.
  • Safety First: Ensure every vehicle meets strict safety and DOT compliance standards.
  • Diagnostic Mastery: Use your expertise to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical issues independently.
  • Fleet Support: Work in a professional shop environment to keep our operations running smoothly and on schedule.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: Proven background in diesel mechanic/repair roles (Required).
  • Gear: Must possess your own set of professional tools (Required).
  • Specialization: Previous experience with motorcoaches or buses (Preferred).
  • Credentials: A valid CDL is a plus, but not required.
  • Mindset: A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the dependability to manage your own workflow.
