Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings by performing the following duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools, equipment and procedures.

Vacuuming, dust mopping, auto scrubbing, pressure washing, "no touch" restroom cleaning, trash removal, window cleaning, stocking supplies and dusting.

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Use proper PPE where required.

Organize custodial closets and spaces.

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.

Must be able to lift, push, pull at least 40lbs.

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.

The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.

Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.

Contribute to the overall team effort including being dependable.

Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.

On the job training is provided to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Pay starting at $16, additional pay increase is available based on performance.

Available shifts:

5 hour shifts

Night and weekends (8p-1a, 930p-230a,10p-3a)
