We're Shine of Cincinnati-one of the fastest-growing pressure washing companies in the city-and we're hiring hardworking technicians who aren't afraid to get after it. We do everything from house washes to massive commercial projects, and we're looking for reliable people who want steady work, weekly pay, and a chance to move up.
What You'll Do:
  • Pressure wash houses, driveways, decks, apartment complexes, and big commercial buildings.
  • Use professional-grade equipment-pressure washers, soft wash systems, surface cleaners (we'll train you if needed).
  • Work a mix of day and night shifts, depending on the job (especially big commercial jobs this summer).
  • Keep your gear and truck clean, and document your work using our simple system.
  • Talk with customers when needed-be respectful, be yourself.
What You Can Expect:
  • Weekly pay: $850-$1,200 depending on experience and hustle
  • Bonus opportunities + chance to move into lead or manager roles
  • A variety of work: residential, night work, and large commercial jobs-no boring days
  • All equipment, gear, and uniforms provided-no junk, no cutting corners
  • Paid training and the opportunity to grow with us as we open new locations soon
What You Need:
  • Valid driver's license and a clean-ish record
  • Show up on time, ready to work, with a good attitude
  • Not afraid of ladders, heights, or getting dirty
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
  • Experience is a plus-but we'll train the right person
