Job Overview
As a Press Brake Operator, you’ll set up and operate sheet metal forming machinery (press brakes) to produce quality parts and assemblies. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely set up and operate press brake machines
  • Load and position materials; secure tooling
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for quality
  • Inspect finished parts using tape measure, calipers, micrometers
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Work with both metric and decimal measurements
  • Use manufacturing software systems (e.g. IQMS) as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Report issues and assist with troubleshooting
  • Perform duties in line with ergonomics best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience with press brakes, tube benders, steel saws, or similar machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure)
  • Understanding of both metric and decimal systems
  • Basic computer skills / familiarity with manufacturing software
  • Dependability and ability to work overnight shift
