  • Ensure quality principles are integrated into new product development, manufacturing processes, and distribution operations.
  • Influence stakeholders across diverse cultures, functions, and geographic regions to achieve business objectives.

Talent Development & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of quality professionals across multiple locations.
  • Build organizational capability through succession planning, coaching, and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Champion quality awareness through communication, training, and leadership engagement.
Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within manufacturing environments.
  • 7+ years of experience leading diverse teams across multiple locations, countries, and cultures.
  • Demonstrated success managing regional or global quality operations in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience establishing quality metrics, leading quality transformations, and driving measurable business improvements.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
