About Bliss Life Candy

We are a premier candy manufacturer based in Tampa, Florida, producing millions of bags of delicious, high-quality sweet treats distributed nationwide. We are expanding our live-selling operations on major platforms (like Whatnot and TikTok Shop) and are looking for dynamic, charismatic on-camera personalities to host interactive live-selling shows directly from our facility!

Job Summary

Are you energetic, outgoing, and comfortable on camera? We are seeking a Part-Time Live Stream Host to represent our brand during live-selling broadcasts. In this role, you will engage with viewers, demonstrate and feature our candy products, run live auctions/mystery pulls, and drive sales in a fun, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host Live Shows: Present, showcase, and sell candy products on live streaming platforms (Whatnot, TikTok, etc.) for 2–4 hours per broadcast.
  • Engage Viewers: Build rapport with the audience in real time, respond to chat comments, answer product questions, and keep the energy high.
  • Drive Sales: Execute live auctions, mystery box pulls, bundle deals, and promotions to maximize viewer engagement and conversions.
  • Product Setup & Prep: Assist in setting up the live stream studio, organizing featured inventory before broadcasts, and maintaining a clean visual backdrop.
  • Brand Representation: Embody the fun, welcoming, and high-quality image of Bliss Life Candy.
  • Order filling - You will also be responsible for tracking and filling some of the orders


Qualifications & Skills

  • On-Camera Comfort: Previous experience in live streaming, content creation, acting, hosting, public speaking, or retail sales is a strong plus!
  • High Energy & Charisma: Ability to maintain enthusiasm and keep viewers entertained throughout a multi-hour broadcast.
  • Sales-Minded: Comfortable pitching products, explaining value, and encouraging viewers to participate in auctions or buys.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic familiarity with live streaming apps (Whatnot, TikTok, Instagram) and smartphone/camera setups.
  • Reliable & Punctual: Dependable attendance for scheduled live broadcasts.

Schedule & Hours

  • Part-Time: 10 – 20 hours per week to start (flexible scheduling with potential for expanded hours based on channel growth).
  • Shift Availability: Afternoons, evenings, or weekend live slots.
