Job description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Body Shop Prepper to join our busy collision repair team. The successful candidate will prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting.
  • Sand, mask, and clean vehicles before paint application.
  • Apply primers and sealers as required.
  • Inspect repaired panels for imperfections and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Work closely with painters and body technicians to meet production deadlines.
