Job description

Company Overview:
Prep Redzone is America's #1 Event Operator for Football Events. Hosting many tournaments all over the country this year, we specialize in premium experience for prospects and players at all levels of competition.
Job Summary:
The Field Manager position is responsible for facilitating a great on the field experience for participants in our 7 on 7 tournament. We are looking for someone who understands the rules of football and can communicate effectively to create a great environment for players, coaches, officials and spectators.
Event Details:
Event: Prep Redzone Country Roads Rumble
Date: Saturday-Sunday, February 28th-March 1st
Location: Mylan Park
Address: 111 Mylan Park Lane, Morgantown, WV
Work Hours: Saturday February 28th - 6:30am-8:30pm; Sunday March 1st - 6:30am-6:00pm
Pay Rate: You will be paid $18/hour for this position. A $10 meal stipend will be added for up to 4 meals ($40) or meals may be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Facilitate an exceptional on-field experience for all participating athletes.
  • Interpret field/football rules and regulations (you will receive a copy of the rules).
  • Coordinate communication between referees and coaching staff to ensure a smooth and efficient game pace.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
  • Football Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of football rules and regulations.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism in all interactions with staff, coaches, and athletes.
  • Punctuality: High level of punctuality to ensure events begin on schedule.

Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a football coach or official is highly preferred
