We're looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our culinary team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced & HIGH VOLUME kitchen, take pride in quality and consistency, and want to be part of a team dedicated to exceptional food, we'd love to meet you.

As a Prep Cook, you'll be the foundation of a successful service. From preparing fresh ingredients to maintaining an organized kitchen, your work helps ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Follow prep lists and daily assignments provided by the culinary team
  • Label, organize, and stock ingredients for easy access and efficiency
  • Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications
  • Wash, chop, slice, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
  • Assist with basic cooking tasks such as preparing sauces, parboiling, and other food preparation duties
  • Prepare simple menu items as directed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Properly store food and ingredients according to food safety standards
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Prep Cook preferred
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Ability to safely operate knives, cutting tools, and kitchen equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
