Description:
Marketing Assistant: Facilitate internal and online marketing strategy for all divisions of the Company Brands (Peppers Pizzeria, The Pour House, The Party Place at Peppers, Premier Catering & Events, Fresh Market by Premier, Grady V's, MakeSpace Self Storage and Premier Support Services. Build core relationships with guests through marketing activities and online content. Assist and report directly to the Marketing Manager and to the Business Development team as needed.
Objectives
• Fully understand Company's brand, vision, and mission statement and apply those concepts to decisions and activities. Apply brand consistent knowledge to all marketing activity, both Business to Consumer and Business to Business.
• Develop content (photographic, video & other) to be utilized on marketing platforms.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company at internal, community, and charity events. Capture & develop content at such events to be utilized in marketing.
• Assist in seasonal marketing campaign planning, content, and implementation
Goals & Responsibilities:
• Gather photography images that fit within brand standards.
• Attend Marketing Meetings with Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and Company Owner
• Attend meetings with Business Development Team as needed
• Social Media - assist development of strategy in advance of schedule. Execute & monitor regular postings scheduled on a daily / weekly basis.
• Support Campaign Marketing: aid in physical placement of in-house marketing, assist in design work as needed, ensure ground work is done to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Proof all material for accuracy that is published.
• Monitor guest complaints and redirect as needed to Marketing Manager.
• Assist as needed or available for other areas of Company marketing.
• Maintain strict honesty and integrity in dealings with Company
• Carry out social media strategy, staying within budget
• Organize info & needs regarding special promotions, including calendars and events, and charitable events at our restaurants
• Support Loyalty Program
• Support employee Points Incentives
• Gathering promotional items quotes
• Staying in contact with location management to stay informed of needs/wants
• Maintain uniform inventory across brands
Short Term Objectice:
• Education on Best Practices in all related areas
• Photography - increase Stock and organize folders
• Reputation Management - enhancement and maintenance on Review Sites:

Requirements:
Required Skills & Practices:
• Have basic understanding of the value of general marketing (media, print, etc.) vs. guerilla marketing (neighborhood marketing). Understand the approach for social media linking and the value of building strong relationships with our guests.
• Technology Platforms - Understand how to use MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop (basic working knowledge)
 Office 365, Wrike, Meta Business Suite, other
 Use Canva for minimal editing / design.
 Log itemized worked hours in Hours Tracker Mobile App
• Digital Photography - review and learn best practice for taking food & guest shots, action shots, building shots, etc.
 Learning course and best practices
 Use contacts for photographers
 Photos reside in shared directories
 Use of Mobile Device for Photos and Posting
 Use of Digital SLR for Shoots
• Digital Short Videos - - review and learn best practice for taking food & guest video, action shots, building shots, etc.
 Use of GoPro and Gimbal
• Social Media - best practice use for online media.
• The above actions will result in a fundamental increase in Sales & Clients through basic methods:
 Obtain new guests or clients.
 Get our existing guests to visit more often.
 Get our existing guests to spend more per visit
Other:
• Base a minimum of one day at Corporate Office (Consistent with Marketing Meeting)
• Average of 10-20 hours per week
• Work within locations as needed for content / etc.
• Work nights and weekends as needed.
