Structure Resources is seeking a Commercial Construction Service Account Manager to join one of our premier Electrical Design-Build contractors. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an award-winning electrical contractor specializing in commercial, industrial, and design-build electrical projects throughout the United States.

They are looking for a Commercial Construction Service Account Manager with a strong electrical background who can successfully manage service technicians, oversee multiple service projects, build client relationships, and help grow the service division. This position is based in Monterey Park, CA, and candidates should be comfortable generating new business opportunities within the local market.

This position is responsible for managing service operations, scheduling technicians, overseeing project financials, coordinating customer communications, ensuring quality workmanship, and driving customer satisfaction from project kickoff through completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience estimating electrical service work, managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating field personnel, and maintaining strong customer relationships. They should also have a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), electrical construction practices, project scheduling, and service operations.

  • Electrical estimating experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Experience scheduling and managing multiple service technicians and projects
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work from the Monterey Park, CA office and develop business within the local market
