Envision is seeking a Vice Chief CRNA to join and help lead a dynamic, high-performing anesthesia care team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced CRNA ready to take on a leadership role while maintaining clinical practice in a collaborative and supportive environment.  HCA Florida Northwest Hospital!

Position Highlights: 

  • Leadership Role: Partner with the Chief CRNA and medical leadership to oversee clinical operations, quality initiatives, scheduling, and team development

  • Clinical + Administrative Balance: Maintain hands-on clinical practice while contributing to strategic and operational decision-making

  • Collaborative Care Model: Work alongside a team of highly skilled anesthesiologists, APPs

  • Mentorship & Growth: Play a key role in mentoring staff, onboarding new clinicians, and driving professional development
