About Us

We are a full-scale electrical contracting company, providing preconstruction services through final- and post-project completion. For both new construction and renovation projects, we offer design-build/design-assist, value engineering, and CAD services, working with biotech, healthcare, commercial, transportation, and technology companies, as well as many government agencies.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Prefab Shop with administrative support.  The candidate must be able to efficiently manage their workload and multitask.  Must work well with team members and perform effectively under pressure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the prefab shop
  • Respond to emails
  • Update tracking logs
  • Update material logs
  • Perform copying and scanning duties
  • Process payroll documents
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems
  • Manage and organize paperwork as necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Print construction drawings
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Prepare documents and minutes for meetings
  • Work with other team members to cover each other's duties when required

Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook.
