What is a predictive analytic actuary?

Predictive analytic actuaries are professionals who combine traditional actuarial science with data analytics to forecast future risks and trends. They use statistical models, machine learning, and large data sets to predict outcomes such as insurance claims, customer behavior, or financial risk. Their work helps organizations make informed decisions about pricing, underwriting, and risk management. Predictive analytic actuaries often work in insurance, finance, and consulting industries, leveraging technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.

How do predictive analytic actuaries typically collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders?
