Job Summary:

In this role, you will be an essential part of our medical office, responsible for managing clerical tasks that prepare patients for their visits, arrange payments, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing medical charts, collecting third-party payment information, recording charges, and collecting fees, along with any other assigned duties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to support our patients and help create a positive experience for them at Arcare. No routine nights or weekends for most positions. (Some clinical roles may have limited weekend coverage based on clinic needs.)

Eligible clinical team members may qualify for federal loan repayment programs through HRSA, including the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program and the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program. Eligibility and award approval are determined by HRSA based on role, location, discipline, and program requirements.
