Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Portland, ME
$120,000–$150,000 Base + Annual Bonus + ESOP

I'm partnering with a 100% employee-owned commercial general contractor that has built some of Maine's most recognizable projects. They're looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts and overall project financials
  • Oversee subcontractors and coordinate project teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects and engineers
  • Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
  • Identify risks early and keep projects on schedule and within budget

  • General Contractor experience required
