Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and administering commercial

construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The APM is responsible for document control, subcontractor

coordination, procurement, scheduling support, cost tracking, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule,

within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and company standards.

Primary Functions:

Assists with new Project Set Up

Assist and Perform Submittal review and tracking for Project

Assist and Perform Schedule development and update management of Project

Assist and Perform Commitment writing for trade partners on Project

Perform project Document Management of all updated Project information

Assist and Perform Cost Management tracking of Project

Assist and Perform Change Management collection, tracking and approvals for Project

Advocate for Safety culture throughout Company and Project

Lead and Collect Punch Management process of Project

Assist and Perform QA/QC process on Project

Perform Warranty process on Project

Perform Closeout process on Project

Perform the development of project estimates from conception to contract execution including performing quantity takeoff

and estimating work on project pursuits.
