The Opportunity

You will serve as a key operational leader, driving complex commercial construction projects from initial preconstruction through final client handover. This role gives you the autonomy to direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage high-visibility builds across Metro Detroit. You will make a direct impact on our skyline while building lasting relationships with key project stakeholders.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Maintain complete oversight of project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate daily with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and municipal leaders.
  • Manage essential project administration including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitor project cost reports regularly to maximize efficiency and job profitability.
  • Resolve complex on-site challenges swiftly to keep field operations running smoothly.
  • Foster high levels of accountability and quality workmanship across all active worksites.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record overseeing ground-up commercial, retail, medical, or civil builds.
  • Deep understanding of commercial construction sequencing, methods, and scheduling.
  • Demonstrated experience concurrently managing multiple active commercial job sites.
