Job description

Experienced Waterjet Operator

Aeroform, Inc. is seeking an experienced Waterjet Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC waterjet cutting equipment, reading blueprints, maintaining tight tolerances, and producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate waterjet cutting machines safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
  • Load materials and verify dimensions and specifications
  • Monitor cutting operations to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and quality control procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year (of verifiable) of waterjet operating experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with nesting software preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record
