Job description

Position Summary

The Custom Woodworker | Millwork Craftsman is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and preparing custom wood components and architectural millwork products according to production drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This role supports the manufacturing of custom doors, mouldings, millwork, and related wood products while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, efficiency, and accuracy.

Working closely with Production Leadership and other production departments, the Custom Woodworker helps ensure projects are completed on schedule and according to customer and company expectations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in woodworking or custom manufacturing environments. Candidates with millwork, cabinetmaking, carpentry, furniture building, finish carpentry, or related woodworking experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Fabricate and assemble custom wood products and millwork components according to specifications and production schedules

· Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, work orders, and production specifications accurately

· Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently

· Perform measuring, cutting, sanding, fitting, trimming, and assembly tasks with precision

· Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

· Maintain craftsmanship standards while supporting production efficiency and workflow

· Identify production, material, or quality concerns proactively

· Support coordination and communication with other production departments

· Maintain organized work areas, tools, and material storage

· Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards
