Warehouse Associate – Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience)
Location: Baldwin County
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
 Employment Type: Permanent, Full Benefits Package
We’re hiring a dependable, detail-driven Warehouse Associate who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and getting the job done right. If you have solid warehouse experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your work truly matters, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
  • Receive and process inbound shipments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Inspect, verify, and document incoming inventory
  • Maintain and manage inventory control systems
  • Prepare and palletize outbound freight shipments
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and other systems for tracking and reporting
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve inventory issues proactively
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience aligned with inventory and shipping/receiving
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience with inventory control processes
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and general PC applications
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Experience receiving inbound shipments and preparing outbound freight
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
