Job Summary:
Precision Custom Components (PCC) is seeking a talented Infrastructure Specialist to join their team. The role involves providing day-to-day operational support for PCC’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are configured correctly and supporting reliable operations while adhering to security practices.
Responsibilities:
• Provide first‑level support for infrastructure components, including workstations, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
• Perform routine system configuration, patching, and maintenance tasks.
• Follow established security standards for account management, access control, and device configuration.
• Assist with monitoring system health and responding to incidents or outages.
• Document procedures, configurations, and recurring issues.
• Escalate complex technical or security issues as required.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of infrastructure or technical support experience.
• Basic understanding of security best practices and system hygiene.
