About the Role
The Shift Leader (SL) is responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly -supporting the team, maintaining standards, and resolving issues as they come up in real time.
What You'll Do
  • Team Management - Oversee team members, ensuring they follow company policies and perform their duties effectively
  • Food Safety Compliance - Ensure all food safety regulations and company standards are met during your shift
  • Staff Safety - Uphold safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for the team
  • Opening/Closing Duties - Perform and oversee all tasks needed to open or close the restaurant efficiently
