Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, this position primarily involves office-based tasks with occasional site visits to ensure precise project budgeting and bidding. The estimator's expertise supports successful project execution by providing detailed and reliable estimates tailored to commercial roofing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and material quantities for ReRoof projects

  • Develop and manage project budgets to align with client requirements

  • Create and submit competitive bids to secure commercial roofing contracts

  • Analyze blueprints to determine project scope and material needs

  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain accurate pricing and material availability
