Job description

The Audio Lead will oversee the creative and functional use of live audio mainly within the Blankenbaker Worship Center (BB WC). The objective of this role is to foster amazing audio experiences for weekend services and special events as well as maintaining reliable audio systems.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Mix and maintain live audio assets and audio spaces within BB WC.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with Production Arts Ministry, Worship Ministry, Preaching Ministry, other ministries and campuses.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Competency in live audio production and PA systems, consoles, racks, routers, signal flow, recording gear and various digital audio equipment.
  • Working knowledge of DiGiCo, Waves, RF, digital infrastructure i.e. Dante, Madi, patching, microphone technique, etc...
  • Ability to problem-solve and clearly communicate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well on a team.
  • Must be passionate about creating excellent experiences, including partnering with ministries in executing events outside of the weekend experience.
