Job description

Major/Essential Functions
  • This position is a student intern type of position to introduce undergraduate students who are interested in veterinary medicine to the field of laboratory animal science as an alternative.
  • Assist the IVET and Vet Techs with duties in Laboratory Animal Medicine.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Junior or senior undergraduate student studying animal science, biology, or similar basic science.
  • At least a 3.2 GPA.
  • Work availability Mon - Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm, 19 hours a week.
