RN Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across all age groups
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
  • Promote patient safety, comfort, and positive healthcare outcomes

Required QualificationsEducation
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
Licensure
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or Compact RN License
  • Must meet all applicable State Board of Nursing requirements
Certifications
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • BLS may be obtained within 30 days of hire
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, and perform direct patient care activities
