Job description

DeLeers Construction is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator.  This position works very closely with both our residential and commercial Project Managers and helps them coordinate the day to day details on our large custom build projects.  Project coordinators help with the tracking against project budgets, creating change orders, entering project information into ProCore, issuing purchase orders, processing billings, coordinating project close out meetings, and assisting in the project kick off and close out processes.

Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, have exceptional communication and organizational skills, have strong computer skills and be a great team player.  Some knowledge of the construction industry or building process would be helpful, but not required.

DeLeers Construction is a family owned business that started over 80 years ago.  Our specialty is the design and build of unique, high end residential homes and commercial buildings throughout Wisconsin and upper Michigan.  With over 250 employees based out of our DePere and Eagle River offices, we continue to grow.  Employees enjoy a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and short/long term disability insurance, 401K with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and a company profit sharing bonus program.
