Pre-apprenticeship programs provide foundational skills, basic industry knowledge, and hands-on experience, often including both classroom instruction and practical training. These programs help individuals gain the qualifications needed to successfully apply for and succeed in an apprenticeship, increasing their chances of long-term career success.

What typical responsibilities can I expect as a pre apprentice, and how do these tasks help prepare me for an apprenticeship?

By taking on these foundational tasks, you'll gain practical experience, build confidence, and better understand the expectations and workflow of your chosen trade, making you a strong candidate for advancement into a formal apprenticeship program.
