  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What You'll Do
As our Practice Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead, coach, and develop an exceptional orthodontic team
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and engaging workplace culture
  • Ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience from their first phone call through treatment completion
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including scheduling, patient flow, production, collections, and case acceptance
  • Hold team members accountable through consistent coaching, communication, and performance management
  • Partner closely with our doctors to achieve practice goals and support continued growth
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and celebrate team successes
  • Oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in patient care

Qualifications include:
  • At least 1 year of dental or orthodontic management experience
  • Previous leadership or management experience required

  • Experience using reports and KPIs to drive practice performance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
