  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience drafting press releases, statements, and external messaging.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain media relationships.
  • Experience contributing to, or leading PR strategy.
  • Comfort working independently and exercising sound judgment in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

As the Public Relations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assessment of Current Communications: Review Moog's existing external communications and media presence to identify opportunities for clarity, consistency, and visibility.
  • Design PR Strategy: Develop an external communications approach aligned with Moog's business priorities and brand identity.
  • Media Outreach: Build relationships with relevant journalists and outlets; pitch stories that highlight Moog's people, products, and impact.
  • Content Development: Draft press releases, media statements, talking points, and other external communications materials.
  • PR Processes: Establish basic tools and templates for media outreach, approvals, and reporting that can scale across a large, complex organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, HR, and business units to ensure alignment across messaging and priorities.

How We Care For You:
  • Financial Rewards: great compensation package, annual profit sharing, matching 401k and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts
  • Work/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program
  • Health & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan ("EAP") and other supplemental benefit coverages.
  • Professional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programs
