Overview
Public Relations Specialist at ReturnPro is responsible for enhancing the company's image and reputation through strategic communication efforts and media relations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote company initiatives and projects.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.

  • Draft press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.

  • Monitor media coverage and manage responses to inquiries.

  • Coordinate and manage public events and press conferences.

  • Analyze PR campaign results and adjust strategies as necessary.

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in public relations or a related field.

  • Proven track record of managing media relations and public communications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using PR and media monitoring tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with media contacts.
