CLA is seeking a Client Success Associate.

This role assists with the optimization of the client experience lifecycle . They help facilitate the development of digital software client relationships in order to promote loyalty, retention, and drive up the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Essential Job Functions

The below functions reflect the general details of the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned.

Essential Job Functions

Assist with the sales-to-services transition and overall client onboarding deliverables.

Work alongside the project implementation teams to drive software product adoption.

Help moderate and resolve with any client escalations that may arise.

Facilitate client seamless transition to post implementation.

Coordinate with scoping and service teams for post implementation activities.

Identify referenceable clients and possible case studies.

Assist with client transfer management.

Help promote and identify other seamless CLA services to clients.

May assist with client subscription and support renewals, existing client marketing activities, and post implementation billing management.

Requirements

Experience

  • relevant experience required.
  • Experience with software account management, leading teams, and managing clients preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree required (Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree).

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred.

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)

Travel Requirements

This position requires frequent local travel to/from client sites and may require occasional non-local or overnight travel for client visits, training, meetings and/or other business-related purposes.
