Job description

PPS is seeking a high-energy Warehouse Associate for our fastener distribution facility in Louisville. This is a full-time permanent position with a highly competitive starting pay rate, a second-to-none benefits package, and a high ceiling for growth!

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Unload and receive shipments
  • Perform quality inspections on shipments utilizing inventory receipts
  • Tag and locate inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Pick and pack orders to be shipped
  • Communicate with Warehouse Manager and other associates

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • MUST be a strong communicator and team player
  • Warehouse experience
  • Computer literacy (Windows experience)
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass drug test and background check
  • Forklift experience preferred but not a requirement
  • Accountability! Attendance and punctuality are part of the job requirement
