What is a PPG?

PPG stands for 'Patient and Public Groups' or sometimes 'Practice Performance Groups,' depending on the context. They provide feedback, suggest improvements, and help practices better understand the needs of their patient population. PPGs also facilitate communication between patients and healthcare staff and often organize events or health promotion activities. These groups play a vital role in ensuring that healthcare is patient-centered and responsive to community needs.
