Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer

📍Rockville, MD (Will pay for relocation)

Full-Time in-person 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Flexible days: Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat, or Mon–Sat possible
  • Overtime / longer-week expectation possible

Key Responsibilities

  • Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) (XPEL) at expert level to various areas of vehicles
  • Work with high-end, exotic, luxury vehicles
  • Interact professionally/courteously with clients, providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure film is applied with precision; cutting, trimming, shaping as necessary
  • Conduct final inspections of installations to ensure highest standard of workmanship is met


Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a PPF Installer, with a proven track record of high-quality installation
  • Experience working with luxury, exotic vehicles is a strong plus
  • Work in fast-paced environments, lift up to 35lbs, remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Novices Need Not Apply. This role is for experienced professionals only

Working Interview Required:

All applicants must complete a working interview during the hiring process. This interview will assess your hands-on PPF installation skills in a live environment. You must bring your own tools (squeegees, blades, gloves, etc.); PPF film will be provided by us. This allows us to evaluate your craftsmanship and familiarity with various vehicle types.
