Job description

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by identifying vehicle needs and offering premium solutions. This is an uncapped, commission-only position designed for a self-motivated "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively greet every guest on the service drive, ensuring a world-class first impression.
  • Glass Claims Specialist: Identify damaged windshields and guide customers through the insurance claims process. Coordinate seamlessly with our scheduling department for in-house or mobile replacements.
  • Personalization: Consult with owners to enhance their vehicles through our suite of premium accessories and services, including:
  • Protection: PPF (Paint Protection Film), Ceramic Coatings, and Bed Liners.
  • Customization: Lift Kits, Side Steps, and Bed Covers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a high level of follow-up to ensure sales targets and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A "customer-first" mentality with a talent for persuasive sales.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends (peak volume days).
  • Previous experience in automotive service or insurance claims is a plus, but not required for the right personality

Qualifications for Service Advisors/ Writers

  • 18 year or older
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Willingness and Desire to work with technology (tablet, computer, cell phone)
