Position Summary

The PPC Marketing Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, reporting, and administrative support of the company's paid digital advertising efforts. This role focuses on lead generation, campaign performance, budget accountability, and data accuracy across all paid advertising channels. The PPC Marketing Administrator works closely with marketing leadership, sales leadership, and agency partners to ensure advertising dollars are producing qualified leads and revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data, reporting, and digital marketing platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Administration & Management

  • Assist with the management of Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and budget pacing
  • Ensure campaigns are active, compliant, and properly configured
  • Coordinate campaign launches, updates, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
  • Maintain campaign tracking and documentation

Lead Management & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor lead flow generated through paid advertising channels
  • Track lead quality, conversion rates, booked appointments, and revenue attribution
  • Identify trends impacting campaign performance
  • Work with Sales and Customer Experience teams to improve lead conversion outcomes
  • Ensure proper lead source attribution within CRM and ServiceTitan

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
  • Track KPIs including:
    • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
    • Cost Per Booked Appointment
    • Cost Per Sale
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
    • Conversion Rates
    • Revenue Generated
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting tools

Vendor & Agency Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between the company and digital marketing agencies
  • Coordinate requests, campaign changes, and performance reviews
  • Ensure agency deliverables are completed timely
  • Review invoices and validate advertising spend
  • Track campaign budgets against approved plans

Data & Systems Management

  • Maintain accuracy of tracking systems and reporting platforms
