What you'll do here:
  • Daily oversight of primary marketing channels: PPC, Paid Social, Display, Paid Affiliate
  • Develop and manage strategic digital marketing initiatives focused on paid lead generation)
  • Establish and execute testing strategies for conversion rate and ROAS optimization
  • Identify new digital lead generation solutions, opportunities and partnerships to enhance and advance existing lead generation processes and initiatives
  • Source, establish and foster key vendor, contractor and vertical partner relationships
  • Drive innovation and growth opportunities across all channels to maximize lead volume with optimal lead quality
  • Analyze and report out campaign performance for management including KPIs, insights and digital marketing metrics
  • Responsible for planning, managing and optimizing digital marketing budgets
  • Coordinate multiple resources; web developers, programmers, designers, agencies
Skills you will need here:
  • 4+ Years of PPC, CPC, CPM, CPL, Media Buys. Retargeting Coordination a huge plus
  • 4+ Years of Google Adwords & Google Analytics
  • 4+ Years experience w/CRO tools, SEO, SEM, SMM, Mobile, SMS, Email
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Mass Communications, Journalism, Finance, Economics or similar required
  • Experience in educational marketing a huge plus
  • Fluency in Spanish a huge plus

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company'sdiscretionaryincentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
