Acadia is a modern media and growth agency. We have a bottom-up, audience-based approach to media that is very accountable and addressable. Media is not "one thing" at Acadia, but many. Acadia is a very agile agency environment, with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality needed across all employees.

Our Core Values

  • Can-Do - We dedicate ourselves to helping our clients and co-workers reach their fullest potential. We demonstrate courage and urgency to find solutions and take ownership.
  • Curiosity - We show genuine interest. We are the first to ask why, the first to research, and the first to understand. We ask questions until we find the path to conquer obstacles and build solutions.
  • Candor - We are honest and transparent in all our actions. We strive to foster positive and mutually beneficial relationships - where respect and humanity thrive.
  • Community - We will make lives better for those people, clients, and other deserving causes that we care deeply about.

As a Retail Media Specialist, you will be vital in continuing our efforts as an industry leader by implementing best in-class retail media PPC and display strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, Kroger, Chewy, Ulta and more.

This role is one that is challenging and rewarding as you develop your Amazon PPC skills and stay up-to-date with new paid search features, leveraging Acadia's industry leading position within the space. The successful candidate has an opportunity to develop an exciting career in a dynamic, growing digital marketing company.

This position reports directly to a Retail Media Manager.

A week in the life of a Retail Media Specialist

A snapshot of a typical week for a Retail Media member captures:

  • No-stress commuting. You work from home so your daily commute is only the amount of time it takes for you to walk into your home office or travel to your favorite coffee shop for a change of scenery.
  • Advertising Optimization. You use our ad management software and native advertising dashboards to identify opportunities and optimize our clients' advertising campaigns on a daily / weekly basis. You use additional third party software to perform keyword research and implement automated optimization tactics.
  • Communication. Your work calendar has internal & client appointments to present the latest results, activities and planned tactics for the upcoming 90 days. You've gotten to the essence of clients' needs and identified the ways Acadia can be their guide to achieving them.
  • Collaboration. Acadia is a team of go-getters, innovators and industry experts. Over the week, you communicate with colleagues to exchange experiences, coordinate with team members who work on other aspects of the client business (brand protection, SEO, organic marketing) and define strategies that are aligned with one another.
  • Innovation. You check out the competition to see what strategies they're employing to drive growth.
  • Reporting. You report to clients in your portfolio on a weekly / bi-weekly basis delivering the data but also the story behind the data, as well as next steps to improve performance further.
  • Trends. You can quickly identify trends within the account you manage and take appropriate action to course correct.
  • Thought Leadership. You contribute to the company owned blog, attend company hosted webinars and other live events where you share your latest views on Amazon advertising's latest developments and opportunities.

Before you know it, another week has come to a close and you go into the weekend energized knowing you've once again contributed to the growth and success of Acadia and the brands we support.

Candidates must quickly become comfortable articulating the value of Acadia to clients and prospects by representing our company's services while maintaining a deep client focus. A lifelong learner with a strong drive for results is essential.

Candidates should possess

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
