What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a PPC consultant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a PPC Consultant, you need a strong grasp of digital marketing principles, data analysis, and paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, often supported by relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification. About the Role

Are you a data-driven marketer who loves dissecting trends as much as building scalable ad programs? We are looking to rapidly scale our growth and need a sharp, analytical PPC Consultant.
This isn't just a task-based role. For the first two weeks, you will work closely with our consultant auditing, architecting, and executing a high-performing paid acquisition program.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build & Scale Programs: Design, launch, and manage high-impact campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Trend Analysis & Optimization: Actively analyze market trends and platform shifts, translating data into actionable campaign pivots.
  • Full-Funnel Management: Audit and improve our pipeline systems, tracking user journeys from initial display ads all the way down to final conversion.
  • Strategic Reporting: Lead weekly check-ins with management. You won't just hand over a spreadsheet; you will explain why things are working, what isn't, and how changes in traffic sources or broader trends impact the bottom line.

Who You Are (Requirements)
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience managing paid search (Google) and paid social (Meta) campaigns with a track record of scaling budgets efficiently.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You have a near-obsessive eye for detail. You see the story behind the data and notice anomalies before they become expensive problems.
  • Pipeline Thinker: Deep understanding of attribution, data tracking, and how CRM/pipeline systems integrate with ad platforms.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can break down complex digital marketing concepts into plain, strategic English for management.
  • Cultural Fit: You thrive in a collaborative, growth-minded environment. You are proactive, transparent about failures, and genuinely excited about teaching others.
